About Dental Crowns Turkey

A dental clinic runs this site: Precious Dental in Antalya. You should know that before you read anything else, so here it is on page one.

Short answer

Dental Crowns Turkey is published by Precious Dental, a dental clinic in Antalya with a Turkish Ministry of Health licence. It is not an independent guide. Precious Dental is our own clinic and our top pick, and we make money if you book treatment with us. Pages with medical content are checked by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek (TDB no. 49105).

Who runs this site

Dental Crowns Turkey (dentalcrownsturkey.co.uk) is produced and funded by Precious Dental. Our legal name is Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre. We are a dental clinic in Muratpaşa, central Antalya, roughly 20 minutes’ drive from the airport. The clinic is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and is authorised for health tourism under the HealthTürkiye programme.

Precious Teeth Ltd is the clinic’s UK company, registered at Companies House under number 14018597. You can check the entry yourself on the Companies House register. It does not provide treatment. We have no UK clinic, office, dentist or partner practice; all dental work is done in Antalya.

Why a clinic runs a site about crowns

Crowns are one of the treatments UK patients ask us about most, and the questions tend to repeat. Which material should I have: zirconia, E-max or porcelain fused to metal? Do I need crowns at all, or would veneers do? What actually happens to my own teeth underneath? How many days do I need in Antalya, and what happens if a crown chips once I am home?

We built this site to answer those questions properly, one at a time, in the same way we would answer them on WhatsApp. If you want a starting point, the FAQ covers the common ones, and real results shows work on our own patients.

The "Turkey teeth" question

You have probably seen the stories: young people coming home with a full set of crowns on teeth that were healthy, filed down to small pegs. That happens, and it is a poor trade for many people, because crowning means removing a fair amount of tooth that will never grow back.

Our position is simple. We would rather keep a healthy tooth than crown it. Where a tooth is sound and the aim is purely cosmetic, a lighter option may be the better answer, and we will say so even when it means a smaller bill. Crowns make most sense for teeth that are broken, heavily filled, root-filled or worn, and the pages on this site try to make that line clear.

We are biased, and we will not hide it

Precious Dental is our clinic and the one we recommend first. When you book with us, we earn from your treatment. No other clinic pays to be mentioned, and we do not use affiliate links. The advertising disclosure explains how the money works.

Who writes and who checks

The Precious Dental editorial team writes the pages. They are the staff who handle UK enquiries every day, and they sign as a team rather than under invented names. Anything with medical content is checked by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, Dentist — Implant Surgery & Prosthetics, a 2019 graduate of Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Dentistry, registered with the Turkish Dental Association (TDB no. 49105). See the editorial team page for more, and the editorial policy for the rules they follow.

Things we have decided not to do

  • Use AI-generated or stock pictures of teeth as "results". Every before-and-after photo is of a real Precious Dental patient who agreed to it being shown.
  • Write our own reviews. Patient reviews sit on Trustpilot, where we cannot delete them (Excellent, 384 reviews).
  • Make up numbers. Clinical figures link to the study or health body they come from.
  • Quote anyone else’s prices. Every price here is Precious Dental’s own.
  • Promise how your smile will turn out. The medical disclaimer explains why.

Common questions

Is Dental Crowns Turkey independent?

No. Precious Dental publishes it, Precious Dental is the clinic it recommends, and we earn money when readers become patients. Our advertising disclosure sets out the details.

If I send photos or an X-ray, am I committed to anything?

No. The written plan and price are free. Plenty of people use theirs to compare quotes or to talk it through with their dentist at home, and that is fine with us.

Can I see someone in the UK?

No. Precious Teeth Ltd is our UK registered company, but it is not a practice or an office and it does not provide treatment. Every appointment takes place at the clinic in Antalya.

Send a selfie smile. Get a written crown plan.

A few photos of your teeth or a recent X-ray is enough to start. A dentist looks at them and you get a written plan: which teeth, which material, why, and the price in pounds. If you don't need crowns, we'll tell you.
