5. Digital scanning and a try-in
Teeth are scanned digitally rather than with impression trays, and crowns are designed on screen. Before anything is fixed, you see the crowns at a try-in and check the fit, the bite and the shade. If you are not happy with the look, that is the time to change it.
6. Published prices
Zirconia crowns are £150 per tooth, E-max £225, and a set of 24 zirconia crowns £3,600 with hotel and transfers. Flights are not included. Everything is on crown prices.
