The crown guarantee, in plain English

Our crowns carry a 5-year written guarantee. A guarantee is only worth as much as its small print, so here is all of it, in normal words.

Short answer

Precious Dental guarantees crowns, bridges and smile makeovers for 5 years, laminate veneers for 3 years and implants with abutments for life. Guarantee work is done at the clinic in Antalya; you pay your own flights and the clinic provides the hotel for the treatment period. The guarantee can be reduced or void if hygiene or instructions are neglected, check-ups are missed, payment is not completed, you grind without the advised night guard, or after accidents and contact sports. Root canal treatment, gum treatment, work by other dentists and travel costs are not covered.

How a guarantee claim works

  1. Tell usMessage your coordinator with photos and, ideally, an X-ray from a dentist.
  2. We look at itOur dentist reviews what has happened and whether it falls under the guarantee.
  3. Treatment in AntalyaGuarantee work is carried out at our clinic. You arrange your flights; we provide the hotel for the treatment period.

Not covered

  • Deep hygiene and gum treatment.
  • Root canal treatment.
  • Laser teeth whitening.
  • Previous dental work carried out by other dentists.
  • Travel costs.

When the guarantee may be reduced or void

  • Oral hygiene is neglected, or your dentist's instructions are not followed.
  • Routine check-ups are missed.
  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • Removable restorations are not kept and maintained properly.
  • You grind your teeth (bruxism) and do not wear the night guard advised.
  • Damage from contact sports or accidents.

How to keep your guarantee valid

None of this is unusual. It comes down to the same things that make crowns last: clean between your teeth, go to check-ups, and wear a night guard if you were told to. Keep your appointment records. Our page on aftercare and longevity has the details, and grinding and crowns explains why night guards matter.

A guarantee is not a reason to crown more teeth

A guarantee replaces a failed crown. It cannot give you back a tooth that was prepared for a crown it never needed. Choose the plan first, then look at the guarantee. See what crowns do to your teeth.

This page summarises the clinic's guarantee. The full, current terms are at dentprecious.com/guarantee; if anything differs, the clinic's written terms apply.

Common questions

Does the guarantee cover the tooth under the crown?

The guarantee covers the crown against failure. Problems with the tooth itself, such as the nerve needing root canal treatment, are not covered. That is why we are careful about which teeth we crown.

What counts as a check-up?

Ask your coordinator how often you should have check-ups and what evidence to keep. Whoever you see, keep a record such as an appointment confirmation or a dentist's note, in case you need to show it.

Who pays for flights for guarantee work?

You do. The clinic provides the hotel for the treatment period and carries out the guarantee work.

Is a night guard compulsory?

Only if your dentist advises one because you grind or clench. If they do and you don't wear it, damage from grinding may not be covered.

Can I claim if I just don't like the colour any more?

No. The guarantee covers failure of the crown. That is why the shade and shape are checked with you at the try-in before anything is fixed.

Send a selfie smile. Get a written crown plan.

A few photos of your teeth or a recent X-ray is enough to start. A dentist looks at them and you get a written plan: which teeth, which material, why, and the price in pounds. If you don't need crowns, we'll tell you.
