He reads each page that contains medical information before it goes live, and again whenever it is changed. He checks that the clinical facts are right, that risks such as sensitivity or later root canal treatment are not played down, and that nothing reads like a guarantee of a result. He does not write the marketing pages, and his review does not extend to our opinion of our own clinic.
Writers
The pages are written by the Precious Dental editorial team: the clinic staff who answer UK patients on WhatsApp and email every day. They hear which questions keep coming up, which answers confuse people and what worries them most, from "will my teeth be filed down?" to "what if a crown comes off at home?". They draft the pages, look up and check the sources, and keep prices in line with what the clinic publishes.
We sign as a team. We have chosen not to put individual names on articles, and we will not make up names or use stock photos to make the team look bigger than it is.
