Privacy policy
The short version: when you send an enquiry, it goes to Precious Dental and we use it to reply. We never sell it or pass it to another clinic.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre (Precious Dental), Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye. Email: info@dentprecious.com. Precious Teeth Ltd is the clinic’s UK company (Companies House 14018597) and does not provide treatment. The clinic’s general privacy notice is at dentprecious.com; this page covers this website.
What the enquiry form asks for

To stop spam, the form also measures how fast it was completed and briefly keeps a coded record of your connection to limit repeat submissions. The form asks no medical questions and has no photo upload. If you choose to send photos or X-rays, you do that separately on WhatsApp, and we use them only to assess and plan your treatment.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given with the tick box, and on legitimate interest, since anyone who writes to a clinic expects an answer. You can withdraw consent whenever you like by emailing info@dentprecious.com. Photos of your teeth and X-rays count as health information, which is special category data. We process it with your explicit consent and only for your dental care.
Where your enquiry goes
When you press send, your enquiry is emailed to Precious Dental’s enquiry inbox, crm@dentprecious.com. A backup copy is saved on our web server in a private folder that cannot be reached from the internet, so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. Only Precious Dental staff who handle enquiries can see it. We never sell your details, never hand them to another clinic and never use them to target adverts at you. Anything you send on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are dealing with it and following up the treatment you asked about. We have not set a fixed deletion date for enquiries. If you become a patient, your records then fall under the clinic’s patient record rules. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set without your agreement. Google Analytics is not running on this site at the moment. If we turn analytics on, it will load only after you accept it in the cookie banner (using Google Consent Mode v2), and you will be able to change your choice later. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send deletion requests and any other request to info@dentprecious.com. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Processing outside the UK
Precious Dental is based in Türkiye, so your information is handled outside the UK. It is used only for the purposes on this page and kept behind access controls.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal data, for example by switching on analytics, we will update this page first. Last updated October 2026.
